Standard wall height is about 2.8 m. For each room, we estimate the total wall surface from the floor area, subtract roughly 15% for windows and doors, then divide by the paint coverage rate (about 4 m² per liter per coat). Most jobs need two coats for even color.
Finishing a renovation only to realize you need extension cords everywhere is painfully common. Plan outlets before the electrician comes in — it's cheap to add them during construction and expensive to add later. Pay special attention to kitchen appliances and air conditioners, which need dedicated circuits.
